Waymon says that knowing he is making a difference in someone’s life everyday that he comes to work, is what really motivates him. Waymon has two children Lauryn and Neal, that keep him very busy. Waymon has been a part of our team for over 9 years. He has made a career in the orthodontic field, and has been hard at work for over 23 years doing what he loves.

Bethany resides in Westland with her husband Eddie. Bethany is originally from Ocean Springs, Mississippi and has lived here in Michigan since 2000. Bethany loves that she can relate to the patients because she too had braces when she was younger. She understands what they are going through and she strives to do a great job so that they can have a great smile! She thinks that self esteem is very important and if she can help improve some ones self esteem and self image that makes her job worth while! |

Mandy Berney, Business Staff
Mandy has worked for our office for over 5 years. She loves her job, and enjoys the feeling of our “team” being one big happy family! She has a warm smile that greets all patients when they enter our office. Mandy loves the relationships that she forms from talking to parents and patients at each visit. Mandy is from the Waterford area and lives there currently with her husband Matt and beautiful daughter Skyler.

Melanie is a resident of Waterford, and is very active with her husband in local community sports. She has two sons, Zach and Nick that keep her very busy when she is not working at our office. Melanie has been part of our team for 11 years! She thinks that Dr. Hersh and Dr. Beattie are like no other doctors out there! They have help make our office so unique and enjoyable. She says both Dr. Hersh and Dr. Beattie are so caring and really give 100% to each and every patient. That makes her enjoy her job and give 100% as well! |

Julie Bordinat, Office Manager & Accounts Receivable
Julie is very dedicated to our office and our team! She loves being part of such a great office, and likes being involved in the lives of our patients. Julie’s sense of humor adds excitement to our office! She feels our office is “state of the art” and keeps up with today’s technology. She lives in the White Lake area, and in her free time enjoys spending time with her son Derek.

Becky lives in Waterford with her three children, Justin, Aniston and Lillian. Becky loves helping to build patients confidence with orthodontics! She credits Dr. Hersh for all he has taught her about orthodontics. She says she values his positive attitude, kind heart and his generosity. She enjoys working with Dr. Hersh and Dr. Beattie, and looks forward to many more years as part of our team!

Amanda has worked with our team for over 9 years, and really loves coming to work everyday and being part of the “family” here! She is proud that she works at such a great office! Amanda feels that community involvement is very important and loves knowing that she is part of an office where what we do here gets generated back into the community. Dr. Hersh and Dr. Beattie strive to stay involved with organizations in the area and help local school districts as much as possible. In her free time, she stays really busy with her daughter Addison and loves traveling. |

Jan loves helping patients “acquire their ultimate smile”. She has worked in the Orthodontic field for over 6 years. In her free time, Jan enjoys gardening, movies, water sports and sleep! She resides in Highland Township with her husband Dave and two wonderful children Grant and Kelly.

Kelly has worked at our office for over 12 years. Kelly and her husband Eddie have 3 wonderful children. She loves being a “dance mom”! Kelly is really dedicated to our office and makes each and everyday fun by really getting to know patients and their families, and she really get involved in their treatment! Kelly loves being part of our team, and it really shows!

Kim is married to a wonderful husband Bill. They have two children Michael and Sarah. Kim loves being a wife and mother! She says her family is what motivates her everyday. She loves shopping and decorating in her free time. Kim has been in the orthodontic field for over 20 years! She loves seeing the “final result” and how happy patients are when their braces come off.
